Pentagon accounting error overvalued Ukraine weapons aid by $3 billion  

Reuters was first to report that the Pentagon had overestimated the value of the ammunition, missiles, and other equipment it sent to Ukraine by approximately $3B, an error that may lead to additional weapons being sent to Kyiv for its defense against Russian forces.
