What is Reuters Connect?

Reuters Connect is a platform where you can find and download content from Reuters and partners. It brings together Screenocean collections, the full Reuters news and archive libraries (video, images, text, graphics), and a growing network of trusted partners.

Will I still have access to Screenocean content?

Yes. Reuters content will be available immediately, and partner content, including Reuters News Archive, Channel 4, Channel 5, Warner Bros. Television Productions UK, Clips & Footage, and Cover Images, will be available through Reuters Connect soon. If you need partner content in the meanwhile, contact your Account Manager.

Will my Screenocean login still work?

No. After migration completes on your assigned date, your Screenocean login will be disabled. You’ll access your content on Reuters Connect.

Will my active agreements and entitlements transfer?

Yes. Any active usage agreements and download entitlements will be seamlessly migrated to your Reuters Connect account.

Will my download/purchase history transfer?

No. Download and purchase history will not be migrated. If you need a record, export or note it before migration.

I am not a Screenocean client currently. Can I still get access to Reuters Connect?

Fill in the form on this page and our team will contact you to set up an account, so you can immediately download millions of images and videos.

To give you a better, more complete experience: one login, a broader range of content, and powerful search and workflow tools in a single place.

I am a Screenocean client. When is my account moving?

You’ll receive a separate email confirming your exact migration date. Canadian customer will migrate on 19 November 2026. Other locations will be confirmed shortly, and should continue to use their Screenocean account normally.

How do I set my Reuters Connect password?

On migration day, you’ll receive an email from thomsonreuters.com with the subject “Create your account password.” Follow the link to set your password.

Will my lightboxes transfer?

No. Lightboxes will not be migrated. Please export or note the items you want to keep before your migration date so you can recreate them on Reuters Connect.

Who do I contact for help?

Your Account Manager or ReutersMediaSupport@thomsonreuters.com. After migration, you can also use the in‑platform chat on Reuters Connect.
